Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • If Tirtha Agency fails to initiate the project within 7 working days of payment without valid reason or communication.
  • If a project is canceled by Tirtha Agency due to internal limitations before major development begins.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The registration/consultation fee or advance payment (usually 50%) is non-refundable once the project has begun.
  • No refunds are provided for completed work or partially completed stages.
  • Refunds are not applicable due to change of mind, project scope alterations, or delays caused by the client.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original mode of payment.

4. Dispute Resolution
